When you open our website, our web server automatically records data (e.g. your IP address, referring page, pages visited and the date and time of your visit). This data is technically necessary to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security. This data is not evaluated on a personal basis.

Our website sets no cookies for visitors and uses no analytics, marketing or tracking services. Fonts and all images are loaded from our own server. For this reason no cookie banner is required.

A technically necessary session cookie is set only when staff sign in to the internal admin area.

If you write to us using one of the forms (enquiry about an item, we buy, wanted request, contact), we store your details — name, email address, optionally phone number and country, as well as your message and the items you enquired about — to process your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or point (f) (answering enquiries). Your data is not passed on to third parties without your consent. We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.

To protect against automated requests we additionally store your IP address together with the enquiry and limit the number of enquiries per period.

The shortlist stores the items you have marked exclusively in your browser's local storage. This data is only transmitted to us when you send an enquiry via the shortlist.

YouTube. Videos are only loaded after you have clicked the preview. The player is then loaded from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com, Google Ireland Limited) and data is transmitted to Google.

OpenStreetMap. The map on the contact page is only loaded after a click. Data (including your IP address) is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation in the process. Route planning opens Google Maps in a new tab; Google's privacy policy applies there.

External links. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, mobile.de, Mascus, Autoline and the newsletter provider lead to third-party websites. From the click onwards their privacy policies apply.

We have taken technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation or unauthorised access. Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability. Please contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
